Structured Cabling

Structured cabling contractor for commercial Boise.

Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber backbone designed and installed to TIA standards. Bid as a complete package or as the cabling sub on a GC contract.

The Angle

Cabling that lasts the lease, not the install.

Most cabling problems show up two years in: bad terminations, mislabeled patch panels, no as-builts. Our finish standard exists to prevent the call-back, not just the inspection.

What is included
  • Cat6 / Cat6A copper drops to TIA-568 standards
  • Single-mode and multi-mode fiber backbone
  • Patch panel termination with Permanent Link testing
  • Cable tray, J-hook, and conduit pathway installs
  • Labeling per TIA-606 with port-by-port as-built drawings
  • MDF and IDF buildouts (rack, ladder, ground bar, PDU coordination)
How the work runs
  1. 1

    Plan review

We mark up the drawings, identify drop counts and pathway conflicts, and confirm the GC schedule.

  2. 2

    Rough-in

Pulled to box height before drywall. Pathway, J-hooks, and sleeves coordinated with the electrical sub.

  3. 3

    Termination & test

Jacks, patch panels, and fiber LCs terminated. Every drop tested with Fluke or Wirescope; results emailed to the GC.

  4. 4

    As-built handoff

PDF as-builts, test results, and warranty documentation delivered with the punch list.
